Ductmate Flange
Ductmate Flange is used when there is a need for the versatility of a separate connection frame rather than one in which the flange connection is integral with the ductwork. The flanges attach to the duct wall and have an integral mastic which allows the flange to seal itself to the duct. The flange is securely fixed ( spot welding, stitching or blind rivets ) to provide the maximum strength required. Corner pieces are used to add rigidity to the flange, hold the ductwork together and provide a sealing surface to the gasket.
Strong and virtually leak free rectangular duct connection systems
No additional sealant required over the transverse joints
No end notches are required
