Volume Control Dampers

Volume Control Dampers – are specially designed for high / medium / low pressure systems. They are designed to operate from one control point.

  • The damper blade opening is controlled by hand locking quadrant or motor base and extended shaft.
  • Manufactured from galvanized steel sheet frame.
  • Available with reinforced single skin or aerofoil blades
  • Damper blade axes are set into self-lubricating bronze bearings
  • Lateral seals and damper blade rubber seals to assure low leakage

Plenum Box

  • Manufactured in GI Sheet
  • Used in Exhaust and Supply Air
  • Will help for pressure reduction and air stream balance by using with diffuser and CSF

Sound Attenuator

Sound Attenuator

  • Square and Rectangular Sound Attenuators
  • Manufactured from heavy gauge galvanized steel sheet
  • Attenuating splitters are constructed from press formed frame
  • Acoustic Insulation made of fibre glass tissue protected by aluminum perforated plate
  • Casing is welded and sealed with mastic to assure low casing leakage.

Variable Air Volume Control Unit

  • Flexibility of diverting the selected quantity of air to a particular area requirement.
  • Acoustic liner is made of elastometric rubber insulation
  • Raw edges are coated with adhesive or concealed with metal stiffeners to seal loose fiber
  • Primary damper blades are fixed with precision die casted zinc alloy shafts which rotates in self-lubricating metallic bushes.

Access Doors

  • Designed to provide easy access to critical areas of ductwork and air handling when maintenance work is needed.
  • Typically installed on the main sheet-metal duct.
  • Heavy duty interlocking blades and fully enclosed blade linkage mechanism

Non-return Dampers

  • Non-return dampers prevent unwanted airflows against the intended airflow direction when the system is not in operation
  • Casing with U-channel connection suitable for rectangular ducts
  • Available in standard sizes and many intermediate sizes
